Our Policies
Party Requirements
Our Princess will require a chair and a nearby electrical outlet. We kindly ask that the children refrain from eating or drinking while our Performer is entertaining your guests.
Princess Parking
Please leave a space for the Princess to park in your driveway or as close to the entrance as possible, as she has several items to carry into your party.
Late Guests
We have booked your party in our Performer's schedule, and therefore it cannot be delayed as they have a schedule to keep. If some of your guests are late, we recommend that they join in on the party upon arrival.
Summer Parties
In the beautiful summer months, you may wish to host your party outdoors, however, it is our strict policy that our Princesses can only perform indoors due to the elaborate costumes and the performer's comfort. We suggest that you have the majority of your party outdoors, but bring your little guests inside for the princess entertainment.
Cancellation Clause
Once your payment has been received, $50 is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel and not reschedule your party you will only be refunded the remaining $50. If you wish to cancel less that 7 days before your party, the full $100 will be non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as we have specially reserved your requested Princess for your date and time.
Reschedule Clause
Once your $100 deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your requested Princess for your date and time is reserved. We are more than willing to reschedule your party in advance if give us as much notice as possible. If you wish to reschedule your party and it is less than 7 days before your booked date, there is an additional $50 fee (to book a new date). We appreciate your understanding as we have specially reserved your requested Princess for your date and time.
Disclaimer
In the case of events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, bad weather or illness, Glass Slipper Princess Parties reserves the right to reschedule your party. We will provide your little princess with a complimentary party for a future date, and fully refund any deposit that has been made.
Liability
The customer agrees to hold and keep harmless Glass Slipper Princess Parties and its Agents and Performers from any and all property damages and bodily injury damage caused by the customer's guests or other persons attending the party.
